As Executive Director, Linda exudes the Life Essentials mission of Helping People and Transforming Lives. Whether protecting vulnerable adults with trained Guardians, providing opportunities for seniors via the Chums program, or offering an educational opportunity for people in recovery to become skilled trained Peer Supporters, she truly loves the work done by the organization. Linda’s path to Life Essentials been a long winding road. Along with her background in community mental health, she has worked for some amazing organizations including the Red Cross, United Way, Ronald McDonald House and the Foodbank. Linda is a proud Dayton native, dedicated to championing her employees, honored to be serving on the boards of The Widows Home and the Ohio Guardianship Association and a gratified recipient of the Pam Fenn outstanding Volunteer Administrators given by the MVAVA. She adores her family of two amazing step children, Corey of Houston Texas and Amy of Bellbrook, three beautiful grandchildren, her miniature schnauzer Rocky and her husband, Jim, to whom she been married to for 30 years.
